EFS-1 Quick Start Guide

Fast track to getting your EFS-1 setup

Whne the EFS-1 CD ROM is inserted into your CD ROM drive, this screen should appear automatically.
Insert CD ROM and install software

Important: Do not connect EFS-1 hardware to your computer yet. Install the EFS-1 software first!
  • Place CD ROM in your CD ROM drive
  • The CD will autorun and present the EFS-1 install screen:
    • (If the CD does not automatically run click here.)

Step 1 - Install EFS-1 Software -

  • You must install the EFS-1 software consisting of drivers and system files
  • All other steps are optional (although recommended)
This will install EFS-1 User Interface software and device drivers for USB and PCMCIA.

Step 2 - Install Bundled Software -
  • It is not required that you install Photoshop Elements, Genuine Fractals, or Print Station

However, these software applications will enhance and complement your EFS-1 experience.
