The V2800 Tech Support Flyer and Quick Start were authored by Technical Manuals The Tech Support Flyer and Quick Start Guide address the "out-of-box" experience common to consumer digital cameras.

The purpose of the Tech Support flyer (card) and Quick Start Guide are:

  • Encourages users to charge the (included) batteries
  • Explain Technical Support options
  • Discourage the customer from returning the product to the point of sale for help, support, or exchange
  • Explain basic product setup, installation, operation, and functionality
Both the TS Flyer and QS Guide were authored using Word. The TS Flyer is 4.25" x 11" (1/2 sheet) and printed on card stock, two-sided.

The Quick Start Guide is designed for simple two-sided printing one a single 8.5" x 11" sheet.
