Have you ever taken hundreds of digital images from your digital camera only to find that their filenames are not only similar, but tedious and confusing? Have you ever collected a multitude of multimedia files but found them to be a confusing mess and management night mare? MagicManager provides a clear, manageable work space where you can collect images, video clips, and MP3 music files. You can sort by type, with recognizable thumbnails displayed in the work space. MagicManager serves not only as a work space organizer, but also as a convenient link between your camera and your computer.

With the MagicManager Application you can sort your multi-media files into three categories:

• Digital Still Images
• Video Clips
• MP3 Audio files

All these files can be managed within MagicManager. You can add your multi-media files into the relevant category.

Digital Still Images: You can add all common image file-formats, including BMP, TIF, and JPG to the Image category. The image category accepts images of most common color qualities including 256-color, palette color, or 24-bits RGB color. Images that are monochrome or CMYK types are not allowed. The source of images may be your hard drive, or any TWAIN source. Your camera is a Twain source. Twain is a common technique (an industry standard) by which scanners and digital cameras "talk" to a computer, or more specifically, an application program on your computer. If you have a scanner or another digital camera you may use MagicManager with those devices, as long as they, too, are Twain compliant. You may also "drag-and-drop" an image file into this category. If, by chance, the type of file you have selected to drag-and-drop into the image category is not one of those supported by MagicManager, you will see a message to that effect.

Video: You can add video file to the video category from a file on disk or you may launch the Video Capturer application (an application that comes with MagicManager) to directly capture the video from your camera if is it connected to your PC via USB, and in PC video camera mode .

MP3: This category is for MP3 music files. You can use the "Add Item" icon and search for a particular file on your computer. You may also "drag-and-drop" an MP3 file into this category. You can use the MagicManager software to play a MP3 file or to upload MP3 files to Compact Flash Card of your camera.
