Managing MP3 Files Clips

MagicManager allows you to organize and manages MP3 music files in the MP3 category. The MP3 files come from disk, files that you have generated or downloaded.

You may specify a preferred MP3 player to play these music files.

To work with MP3 files, first open the MP3 category, by clicking the MP3 tab on Folder views.

1. Collecting MP3 Files

First you must have a source of MP3 files. You may have them on a disk, or download them from the Internet. Click on the "File", "Add Item" and select the MP3s you wish to add them into your albums and work space.

Double-clicking on any MP3 icon will invokes an application to play it. MagicManager will call the default application associated with the MP3 extension. You may change this association by clicking on "Tools", "Options" -- to open the Options dialog box. In this dialog box you may to change the applications used to open the specified file types.

Please install the Camera Driver Software and MagicManager Application Software before uploading MP3 files to the Compact Flash Card in your camera.

1. Download MP3 files to your PC from the Internet or communication service.
2. Create an MP3 album in MagicManager. You may create a new album with "New Folder" in MP3 Mode. Then, you may add MP3 files with the "Add Item" command.
3. Insert the Compact Flash Card into your camera.
4. To upload MP3 files to the camera, detach the cameras USB Cable from your PC and then re-connect it while the camera power switch is "ON"
5. Select the MP3 files you like to upload to the Compact Flash Card.
6. Click on "File", "MP3 Upload" to begin the transfer process.
